Welcome to the Estate and Taxation Planning Council Website.

The Estate and Taxation Planning Council New Zealand Inc consists of nominated individuals from the disciplines of law, accounting, life insurance, trustee management and financial planning. The Council has two main objectives:

  1. To encourage co-operation and fellowship between people and groups professionally involved in the process of estate conservation and taxation planning;
  2. To provide a better understanding of how their respective skills can inter-relate for the wider benefits of their clients and general public.
