Gary Fitzpatrick
Gary has been a member of the Estate & Taxation Planning Council
(Inc) since 1991. He was elected to the Executive Committee in 1997,
where he immediately assumed the Treasurers role for the Council.
In 1999, this role was amalgamated with the Secretarial role and
in April 2005 Gary became Vice President. He was nominated as President
of the Council in 2008.
Gary has co-established his own business namely Comac Trustees Limited
which specialises in meeting the needs of his private clients in
the areas of estate planning, administration and management of estates
and trusts as well as living services.
Gary has worked in the Trustee Industry for over 28 years having
worked for trustee companies such as AMP Perpetual and Guardian
Trust as well as the law firm of Kensington Swan.
